News bites: Obama to talk wind energy, drought in Iowa

President Obama will discuss wind energy and the nation's severe drought with Iowans during his three-day visit there this week, Bloomberg says.

Environmentalist groups are sounding alarms about a hydropower bill that could bar them from getting federal grants, McClatchy reports.
