Rep. Barrow, conservative energy panel Dem, survives challenge

Rep. John Barrow (D-Ga.), one of the most conservative Democrats on the House Energy and Commerce Committee, has won reelection.
Barrow has frequently bucked the panel’s top Democrats by supporting GOP measures, such as legislation to thwart greenhouse gas rules and other air pollution regulations.
