News bites: Sanctions cut Iranian oil revenues in half

Iran’s economic minister told a newspaper there that Western sanctions have halved the nation’s oil revenues, according to Reuters.

Barclays predicts the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s $470 million fine for power market manipulation won’t stand in court, Reuters reports.
