News bites: Lifeboats for Shell's Alaska drilling rig might have leaked fuel
The U.S. Coast Guard said lifeboats on Shell’s grounded Kulluk drilling rig might have leaked as much as 272 gallons of diesel fuel into the Gulf of Alaska, the Los Angeles Times reports.
