Bloomberg looks at how the struggle to influence liquefied natural gas export policy is pitting allies Exxon Mobil Corp. and Dow Chemical against each other.

China says levels for four major pollutants are down, but acknowledges it still has much work ahead to clean its air, Reuters reports.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is gunning for 10 percent of the global offshore wind market by 2017, Bloomberg reports.
