Sarkozy after heads of state meeting: No climate deal yet

French President Nicolas Sarkozy, emerging from a big, unannounced heads of state meeting in Copenhagen Friday morning, said there’s still no deal as the climate summit nears its final hours, Reuters reports.

Sarkozy said Chinese resistance to emissions monitoring remains a sticking point, according to the Reuters account.
