Gulf of Mexico drilling, military training can coexist -- report

As I noted in a post below, Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-N.D.) spoke with reporters today about a new report that concludes expanded eastern Gulf of Mexico oil-and-gas drilling and military training in the area can live in harmony.
