Clark joins GeoOptics board

Tad Segal and Joe Clayton have formed Outreach Strategies, a new public relations firm. Outreach will represent the U.S. Climate Action Partnership and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.

Retired Gen. Wesley Clark has joined GeoOptics as a member of its board. GeoOptics is a satellite company that hopes to collect climate and weather data and sell it to the government. Clark is a former Democratic presidential candidate and NATO Supreme Commander.

Scott Sklar has joined National Strategies, a strategic consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. Sklar is a former energy advisor to Sen. Jacob Javits (R-N.Y.). He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Business Council for Sustainable Energy and the Renewable Energy Policy Project.
