Republican retreat to continue as planned

Despite the delay in the House legislative schedule that occurred as a result of Saturday's mass shooting in Arizona, House Republicans plan to proceed with their annual caucus retreat on Thursday and Friday as scheduled. The retreat will take place in Baltimore, Md., once again this year.

The Hill has also learned from several sources inside the caucus that so far an invitation has not been extended to President Obama, who was invited to speak last year.
