House approves resolution appointing Democrats to four committees

In its only vote today, the House approved H.R. 31, which names Democratic members to various House committees. The resolution was approved by unanimous consent, and the House adjourned immediately afterward.

The resolution was not publicly available as of this writing, but a copy obtained by Josiah Ryan shows that the resolution formally names Democrats to House committees on Appropriations, Energy and Commerce, Ethics, and Ways and Means.
