Unity: House unanimously prefers online bills to paper bills

The House tonight unanimously agreed to find copies of introduced legislation online rather than having printed copies of each bill delivered to lawmakers' personal offices. The House passed H.R. 292, ending the practice of printing bills for member offices, by a vote of 399-0.

The measure, introduced by Rep. Chris Lee (R-N.Y.), is expected to save as much as $35 million over 10 years in printing costs.
