House adjourns, will continue healthcare debate Wednesday morning

The House adjourned Tuesday at 10 p.m. after three hours of debates, or "special orders," mostly consisting of Democratic members arguing against healthcare repeal.

The House will gavel in at 10 a.m. and aim to finish debate on H.R. 2, the repeal bill. A vote on the bill is expected by 6 p.m.
