House floor update

The House reconvened at 2 p.m. and recessed at approximately 2:25 p.m subject to the call of the chair.

At approximately 5:15 p.m. the House will reconvene to begin debate of the H.Res 43 rule for consideration of a resolution reducing non security spending to FY 2008 levels.

At 6:30 p.m. the House is expected to have its first, and only vote for the day.
