Good morning... or not, if your power is out

The House is out until Feb. 8, the Senate is out until 10:30 a.m. Thursday, and probably your power is out (ours is). There is also no Congressional Record as of this writing, probably another side effect of last night's winter storm that stranded commuters for several hours throughout the area.

No Congressional Record means we do not yet have a text of the Senate resolution that will be taken up today to limit the ability of the minority to slow debate on the Senate floor. Watch for an update later this morning.
