House accepts GOP amendments to Interior bill, rejects Dem proposals

— Rep. Hansen Clarke (D-Mich.), to move $10 million from Bureau of Land Management to the EPA's Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. Failed, 173-251.

— Rep. Paul Tonko (D-N.Y.), to transfer $8.4 million from National Park Service to National Recreation and Preservation. Failed, 184-238.

— Rep. Justin Amash (R-Mich.), to cut $2.2 million in National Capital Area Performing Arts Program. Failed, 131-294.

— Rep. Robert Dold (R-Ill.), to move $24.7 million from Interior to EPA's Great Lakes Restoration Initiative. Failed, 137-291.

— Rep. Tom Reed (R-N.Y.), to move $8.2 million from Interior to fight invasive species in forests. Accepted, 237-189.

— Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), to strike $420,000 from Interior to protest slow oil-and-gas permitting. Accepted, 215-213.
