Berkley praised the other 79 senators who supported the measure in a procedure, and said they helped take a stand against Chinese currency manipulation that has "cost our nation nearly three million jobs in the last 10 years, including over 14,000 in Nevada."
Berkley's "shame on you" message was to the 16 Republican and three Democrat senators who voted against the measure. Democrats voting against were Sens. Maria Cantwell (Wash.), Patty Murray (Wash.), and Claire McCaskill (Mo.).
