House releases text of Senate-passed CR

By Pete Kasperowicz - 03/20/13 10:01 PM ET

The House Rules Committee late Wednesday released the text of the Senate-passed bill that keeps the government funded for the rest of fiscal year 2013.

The bill is the Senate-amended H.R. 933.

Like the House version, the Senate includes a full Defense and Veterans Affairs appropriations bill. The Senate added appropriations sections for Agriculture, Homeland Security and Commerce, Justice and Science.

In addition, the Senate approved several amendments to the bill before final passage.

The House is expected to approve the Senate version early Thursday morning. The spending bill is being made in order according to a unanimous consent agreement that calls for one hour of debate.
