— H.R. 1163, the Federal Information Security Amendments Act,

— H.R. 756, the Cybersecurity Enhancement Act, and

— H.R. 967, Advancing America's Networking and Information Technology Research and Development Act.

The House plans to complete votes on these bills by the early afternoon, which could provide more time for members to speak about Monday's bombing of the Boston Marathon, speeches that may also be echoed in the Senate.

The Senate starts work at 10 a.m., but has no plans for a vote. Senators will be out at 12:30 p.m. for their regular caucus lunches, and will likely continue debate on the Senate gun bill, S. 649, the Safe Communities, Safe Schools Act.

The immigration reform plan that the Senate's Gang of Eight was set to unveil Tuesday will not be released, due to the Boston bombing.
