GOP lawmaker has 'grave doubts' about Obama's counterterrorism efforts

Cotton's remarks came in the midst of ongoing GOP complaints about Obama's commitment to national security. On Wednesday, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said his committee would hold another hearing on the Benghazi attacks next month.
