House approves bills on territories, Indian land use

The House also passed H.R. 356, the Hill Creek Cultural Preservation and Energy Development Act, by unanimous consent. This bill would allow a land exchange between Utah and the federal government to the benefit of the Ute Indian Tribe.

Three other bills were considered in debate Wednesday, all of which will likely be approved by roll-call vote later in the day.
