A third, the Helping Heroes Fly Act (H.R. 1344), would allow for expedited security screening for veterans at airports.

Members will also consider a bill (H.R. 324) granting a Congressional Gold Meal to the First Special Service Force for its accomplishments in World War II.

On other issues, the House will also take up the Freedom to Fish Act (S. 982), which protects fishing rights on Army Corps of Engineers land. The Senate approved this bill last week. Finally, members will take up S.Con.Res. 16, a Senate-passed resolution allowing for the unveiling of a Frederick Douglass statue in the Capitol.

The Senate also starts at 10 a.m., and will continue work on the farm bill, S. 954. Amendment votes are possible, but none were planned as of late Monday night.
