Once passed, members will take up two of these bills and pass them. The first is the National Emergency and Disaster Recovery Act, H.J.Res. 85. That resolution funds FEMA at the same rate as FYI 2013, through Dec. 15.
House GOP leaders show no sign of slowing down in their effort to fund the government bit by bit, and they are expected to call up some of the other 11 bills over the weekend.
The Senate starts at 10:30 a.m., but again has no votes planned, as Democrats are not willing to pass any of the House-passed spending bills.
