Boozman especially criticized Democrats’ leadership of the Senate, which has spent a historically high amount of time this year lying dormant in quorum calls. 

"There is no excuse to why this chamber fails to work on legislation and programs that will provide relief for the unemployed," said Boozman. "The Senate majority and President Obama have failed to show that job creation is at the top of their agenda."

"Apparently we are not going to have any budget process in the Senate, to my disappointment," complained Sessions. "The president is traveling around the world making speeches and raising money and this country has not had a budget in 775 days."
