McConnell: Obama's in 'serious trouble,' reelection prospects are dim

Last week, McConnell took to the Senate floor to accuse Democrats of pursuing an agenda "radically opposed" to job creation.

“For two and a half years, Democrats in Washington have paid lip service to the idea of job creation — even as they’ve relentlessly pursued an agenda that is radically opposed to it," said McConnell.

Democrats, for their part, have responded to dismal employment numbers by bringing up legislation like the Public Works and Economic Development Administration bill, which they claim will create jobs.
