Coburn: Only someone who 'really wanted to hurt' the country wouldn't build Keystone pipeline

That pipeline, which would carry crude oil from Alberta Canada across the country to Gulf refineries has become a political pawn in recent weeks over government funding and extension of the pay roll tax cut. The pipeline would bisect Oklahoma with a terminal planned in Cushing.

President Obama announced last month that he is planning to a decision on whether or not to allow the pipeline's construction until after the 2012 elections because he says more time is needed to study its environmental impact.
