Senate adjourns for the week

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) adjourned the Senate on Thursday night after quiet week in which no major legislative action was passed.
When the Senate returns on Monday it will continue work on the highway transportation bill and hold a vote on the confirmation of Adalberto Jose Jordan to be United States circuit judge for the Eleventh Circuit.
