

Hillary Clinton to testify before Senate committee next week
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will appear before Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) and his Foreign Relations Committee on Wednesday to defend her agency's priorities for national security and foreign policy for the fiscal year 2013.
