The House approved an easy slate of suspension bills Monday, setting the stage for passage of a short-term continuing resolution on Tuesday.
Members debated three bills late Monday afternoon, and approved all three:
— S. 230, allowing the Peace Corps Commemorative Foundation to establish a monument in Washington, D.C. Passed 387-7.
— H.R. 841, making technical corrections to the Grand Ronde Reservation Act. This bill was approved in a voice vote.
