Russia says it has new evidence of rebel role in Syria attack

The comments follow Monday's release of a report by United Nations inspectors that confirmed the use of the nerve gas sarin in last month's attack. The UN report, while not assigning blame, hinted at the regime's responsibility by revealing the location of suspected launch sites. 

“To put it mildly,”  Ryabkov told the RIA Novosti, “we are disappointed by the approach of the UN Secretariat and the UN inspectors, who compiled their report selectively and incompletely.”
