Libya summons US ambassador over militant's capture

Al-Libi is being interrogated on a Navy ship in the Mediterranean, according to multiple reports.

Harf said the Obama administration has contacted the Red Cross to reassure the organization that “we are treating him humanely.” She said the Red Cross might be given access to al-Libi.

“We're going to keep discussing his case with them,” she said, “including possible access.”
