Vice President Joe Biden reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to “rebalance” the Pacific basin in Asia during his trip to South Korea Friday.
“I want to make one thing absolutely clear: President Obama's decision to rebalance to the Pacific basin is not in question,” Biden said as he arrived to President Park Geun-Hye’s home, according to the White House pool report.
