News bites: Jockeying continues ahead of healthcare ruling, and more

Republicans and Democrats are jockeying on healthcare ahead of the Supreme Court's ruling, Reuters reports.

The GOP has promised a much smaller health agenda if the law is struck, Kaiser Health News reports.

The number of Massachusetts residents who are uninsured — and face the related tax penalty — continues to fall. The Associated Press has the story.

Cambridge, Mass., is considering a soda ban similar to the one proposed in New York City, the Boston Globe reports.

Medical marijuana will become legal in Connecticut in October, the Connecticut Post reports.
