News bites: Runaway Medicare costs, surging MA stocks and more

Most Americans - 62 percent - think it's wrong for the government or health insurance plans to refuse to cover prescription drugs or medical treatments when they determine that the benefits do not justify the cost, according to a new survey by the Harvard School of Public Health and the Alliance for Aging Research.
