News bites: Exchanges deadline nears

Three Western states are running out of time to set up their own exchanges, Kaiser Health News reports.

Also at Kaiser Health News: Accountable Care Organizations, the key delivery-system reform in President Obama's healthcare law, are hitting a snag.

Employees will likely keep paying an increasing share of their healthcare costs, The New York Times repots.

Fresh off passing the most restrictive abortion restrictions in the country, Arkansas lawmakers are turning their attention to defunding Planned Parenthood, according to The Associated Press.
