Health reform proponents file briefs in Cuccinelli court case

Healthcare reform proponents filed two "friends of the court" briefs Thursday opposing Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's lawsuit against the healthcare law's mandate that people buy insurance. One brief was signed by 17 disease and consumer organizations, the other by two small business groups.
