News bites: Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet banned in Germany

A German court granted Apple's request to ban sales of Samsung's Galaxy 10.1 tablet computer in Germany. 

Software company SAP agreed to plead guilty in a criminal case involving unauthorized access to Oracle computers.

Google continuously uses enough electricity to power 200,000 homes

AT&T and Deutsche Telekom, the parent company of T-Mobile, plan to fight together in court, but the companies have divergent interests.
