News bites: Net neutrality clears OMB

The owner of Seesmic says TechCrunch frequently criticized his firm despite Michael Arringtons early investment.

The Office of Management and Budget signed off on the Federal Communications Commissions net-neutrality rules Friday.

SAP will pay $20 million to resolve allegations it downloaded files from rival Oracle.

A fundraiser for President Obama at the Silicon Valley home of Facebook executive Sheryl Sandberg will cost supporters $38,500 per plate.
