By Gautham Nagesh - 10/24/11 10:35 AM ET

Communications Workers of America President Larry Cohen told a German magazine that AT&T's takeover of T-Mobile has only a 20 percent chance of going through, according to Bloomberg.

Update: A CWA spokesman points to an updated story at Bloomberg, where Cohen says the most likely outcome is a settlement between the companies and the Justice Department.

Sprint will try to convince a federal judge that it should be allowed to sue to block the AT&T/T-Mobile merger.

Netflix is expanding its service to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

And Apple has posted its tribute to Steve Jobs online for the public to view.
