By Brendan Sasso - 01/20/12 10:15 AM ET

Chris Dodd, head of the Motion Picture Association of America and a former Connecticut senator, told The New York Times that Hollywood and Silicon Valley should meet to find a compromise on online piracy legislation.

Police in New Zealand arrived in two helicopters to arrest the founder of file-sharing site Megaupload. The four arrested employees have been denied bail, The New York Times reports.

Google's quarterly results fell short of expectations, Reuters reports.

Social network Google+ now has 90 million users, AllThingsD reports.
