News bites: Yahoo shakes up board

Yahoo's chairman and three directors resigned from the company's board, The New York Times reports.

Even if Facebook could get around censorship issues, it would face stiff competition in China, Reuters reports.

Sprint posted a smaller loss than expected in the fourth quarter, Bloomberg reports. The company sold 1.8 million iPhones in the first quarter that it offered the device.

A California pension fund is accusing Facebook's board of not being diverse enough, The Wall Street Journal reports.
