News bites: LightSquared lawyers up

LightSquared is hiring lawyers to prepare for a potential lawsuit against the Federal Communications Commission after the agency moved to block its nationwide wireless network, The Wall Street Journal reports. 

Review site Yelp expects to raise as much as $100 million in its initial public offering, Bloomberg reports.

In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Apple CEO Tim Cook says the company's next Mac operating system, Mountain Lion, will incorporate features from the software that powers its mobile devices

Apple won a court ruling in its fight to use the name "iPad" in China, Bloomberg Businessweek reports.
