News bites: Rogue Google engineer identified

A state investigator identified Marius Milner as the Google engineer responsible for the company's project that collected private data from Wi-Fi networks, The New York Times reports. 

In an interview on ABC, Mark Zuckerberg said Facebook users will soon be able to announce whether they are are an organ donor.

Microsoft pledged $605 million to bolster Barnes & Noble's digital book business, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Tumblr's president resigned, The Wall Street Journal reports.
