Moran says Monday vote on FCC nominees possible

Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) says a vote by the full Senate on FCC nominees Ajit Pai and Jessica Rosenworcel could come when the Senate gavels back into session on Monday, May 7. Moran let the word slip late Wednesday afternoon by way of his official Twitter account.
Senate custom dictates that as Mr. Pai's home state senator, Moran would be kept in the loop by Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.), who is in charge of the Senate's calendar.
Reid's office did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
