News bites: Yahoo's CEO apologizes

Yahoo's CEO sent a widely distributed apology for the falsifications on his resume, which he called a "distraction," AllThingsD reports.

CNet reports the ubiquitous Facebook Social Readers are "collapsing" due to user fatigue with the apps.

The San Jose Mercury News reports that a jury has found that Google infringed on Oracle's copyrights.

And CNet reports T-Mobile is claiming its network will support the iPhone despite Apple not having a sales agreement with the carrier.
