By Brendan Sasso - 05/15/12 09:02 AM ET

Reuters reports that due to strong demand, Facebook increased the target range for its initial public offering to between $34 and $38 per share, from $28 to $35. That would value Facebook at $93 billion to $104 billion.

Apple is planning an upgrade to its iCloud service that will include new photo-sharing features, The Wall Street Journal reports.

Executives from Fox and NBC both criticized Dish Network's new video recording feature that will allow users to easily skip over commercials, The Verge reports.

The Wall Street Journal recaps how an error in Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson's biography led to his resignation, and Bloomberg looks at the challenges facing interim CEO Ross Levinsohn.
