News bites: DOJ investigates cable companies

The Justice Department's Antitrust Division is investigating whether cable companies are illegally stifling competition from online video, The Wall Street Journal reports.

A U.K. regulator has re-opened its investigation into Google's collection of data from Wi-Fi networks, CBS News reports.
