News bites: Verizon and unions reach tentative deal

Verizon and its unions reached tentative three-year contracts, Businessweek reports.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta discussed cybersecurity with Chinese leaders, according to the AP.

FTC Chairman Jon Leibowitz said his agency still plans to finish its probe of Google by the end of the year, The New York Times writes.

Reuters reports on the millions of underaged children using Facebook.

Google is expected to surpass Facebook in display ad sales, The Wall Street Journal writes.
