News bites: Labor dispute in China disrupts iPhone production

Foxconn, the Chinese company that assembles iPhones, had to stop production because of a protest over working conditions, Bloomberg reports.

The New York Times writes that Mitt Romney and the GOP have made inroads with Silicon Valley donors.

The Supreme Court will hear an appeal over the Federal Communications Commission's ability to set its own jurisdiction, according to Reuters.

The New York Times examines how companies can use patents as weapons against their rivals.
