By Jennifer Martinez - 10/29/12 08:37 AM ET

The Supreme Court is set to hear a copyright infringement case on Monday that will affect the online re-sale of U.S. copyrighted goods produced abroad, stirring concern from eBay and Google, the AP reports.

Google, Apple and Facebook are tweaking their mobile ad offerings in an effort to bring in more revenue, according to The New York Times.

The tech industry, led by investor Ron Conway, is wielding more political power in San Francisco and drowning out the dominant local business lobbies, Reuters reports.

Companies in the e-reader business are exiting the market after Apple's iPad has risen in popularity, Reuters writes.
