News bites: Petraeus case raises privacy concerns

The FBI's investigation into the private life of David Petraeus raises questions about the government's surveillance powers, The New York Times writes.

Google's super-fast Internet network in Kansas City is spawning a wave of new tech startups in the area, according to The Wall Street Journal.

AT&T predicts that companies will double or triple their spending on cybersecurity in the coming years, Reuters reports.

Chinese authorities are pressuring businesses to help them censor the Web, The New York Times reports.
